Understanding Our Mission

In Everyone's Gang, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and trusting environment for those who feel vulnerable or are currently navigating the complexities of criminal involvement. Whether sharing our foundational story, celebrating students wins, or building our overall community impact, we strive to inspire hope and resilience. Our young voices matter, and together we can give them the confidence to create meaningful change.

MEET THE TEAM

  • TYRREL CLARA

    CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR

Tyrrel is just 26 years old and has already spent 7 years of his life in prison. He is now turning his life around and wants to help young people avoid the mistakes he made. Tyrrel is also an artist who goes by the name Live’O.

He will also speak honestly, sometimes brutally about his life and the paths he walked down. The choices he made and the consequences that still follow and haunt him today.

Providing not only real-life insight into gang culture, but most crucially, advice on how this life can be avoided.

  • PETE HENRICKSON

    CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR

Pete is by contrast, 63 years old. Today a self-made multi-millionaire, he retired at 55 and has spent much of his time since then working with youth-based charities.

In his early formative years through teens to early 20s. Pete had his own experiences on the wrong side of the law. Leaving school at 16 with very little in the way of qualifications, he was involved in football hooliganism, other violence and alcohol abuse.

Although Pete never went to prison, in the period above, he did often find himself waking up in Police cells and was given community service orders along with some hefty fines.

  • SOPHIE STOCK

    DIRECTOR

Sophie brings with her a wealth of experience of working with children and young people as the CEO of F4YP (Fun 4 Young People)

  • KATE BARBER

    PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Kate has joined our team to continue living out her passions a little closer to home after living and teaching in Vietnam.

Kate understands that mainstream education doesn’t fit all and wants to help create alternate options for students who don’t fit the usual narrative.

She wants to create programs so young people, no matter where they come from or the hand that they’ve been dealt, have access to quality education that suits them. She hopes to be a positive role model that inspires students to step away from criminality, and like her, eventually find their purpose.
